To avoid frustration, suggestions are offered next the methods to register for Orchesis:
In Person - A sure fire way if you have the time to stand in line. Go to: Activity Registration Zone – Sales Office, Room W-79, Van Vliet Centre.
By Phone - Works in theory, but we all know the phone lines can be super busy. Plus the staff needs 8 arms like an octopus to handle all the calls. This one could be VERY FRUSTRATING during certain hours. Activity Registration Zone: Phone 780-492-2231
*By Fax - This might be your best bet if you can't be there in person during business hours and you are having problems getting through on the phone. Fax 780-492-7190 Payment by credit card only.
*By Mail - This one works fine too but if you are concerned about missing out on the class you want once it fills, snail mail might be unnerving. Here is the address: Activity Registration Zone, Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation, W-79, Van Vliet Centre, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta T6G 2H9
* For both Fax & Mail methods you need to fill out the hard copy registration form. Go to the Winter 2010 Activity Guide online PDF file and find page 69:
http://www.campusrec.ualberta.ca//pdfs/winteractivityguide10.pdf (cut and paste this address into your browser if necessary)
Print page 69 off, fill it out with the correct information found on Orchesis pages of the Activity Guide online PDF file.
